i am getting thinner

Oh no!
this is not the kind of thin that i want. what the hell were you thinking? i am getting thinner physically? Oh dear i wish that happen so freakin badly. 
But..
but..



You know what i'm referring to right? It's my hair sugar honey on top. I'm having problems with hair loss. I don't know why. Of course it is normal to lose some of your hair everyday. But mine is getting serious. Every time i wake up in the morning or comb my hair of even running my fingers thru my hair there MUST be two or three strands of hair fall. And it is the WORST during shower when i wash my hair. I ain't kidding. And I am talking about A LOT of hair loss. At the beginning I wasn't really giving much thought about it because I had such a thick hair. So I was like, 'relax la rambut kau banyak lagi kisah ape?'. But suddenly lately I feel like my hair is starting to feel thinner like - bila nak ikat tocang je dah tak puas genggam. T____T 
So I did a little research on what are the causes of hair loss. They are:-
1. Poor nutrition
 2. Poor hair care
3. Genes
4. Pregnancy
5. Stress
6. Illness and medicines 

I think the most likely cause my hair loss is the 1st reason.*Bhahahaha*
I mean, c'mon man. I don't eat vegetables for a start. Buah pon jarang makan. But,but I do take supplements okay to cover up my malnutrition. I guess it isn't enough to balance my body. So what should I do now? Hell no I'm not gonna start to eat veggies.
Yikes. 
Guess I should just glue my hair so it'll stick on my head forever!
Yeahh. I'd rather do that than eating veggies. 
Uh uh. That ain't gonna happen. =.='

aku rasa maybe aku tukar shampoo.
xpon sbb x cukup tdo dok tdo lewat2 kan.heee.nk kata stress mustahil.haha
